Date posted: Thursday 23rd November 2006

Each short-term year ends with the masterpiece that is the yearbook, with photos and inspiring and hilarious anecdotes from all the Step teams and returned Striders, sharing the highs and the challenges through which God has brought them during their time in Latin America.

This years is no exception with quotes such as:

" Several amusing situations have arisen due to communication difficulties. Most recently, Martin misinterpreted an interested local and committed himself to marriage" - Ecuador Summer Step

"Being part of the project was the most wonderful (if sometimes tiring!) experience and seeing Gods good and perfect plans for these children becoming reality is something I wish everyone could be a part of." - Rachel Davies, Strider, Bolivia

"In the evening we pitched our tents and settled down to yet another asado... after all, you can never have too much meat! We awoke on Easter day (also Kat's birthday) and held our very own Easter communion service in the desert with the sun shining down on us...definitely an Easter morning that none of us will forget." - Argentina Spring Step

The yearbook also features messages from your esteemed programme leaders, Chris and Manny, and information about how you can get more ivolved with Latin Link from where you are.

If you would like to get your hands on a copy of the Short Term Yearbook, contact us with your address and we will pop one in the post to you....
